Refund policy

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Items that are not in original condition, will not be refunded. We retain the right to refuse the return of items at our discretion.

Return shipping is the customers responsibility.

Cancellations
Once your order has shipped we are unable to offer cancellations. Please get in touch as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in the message.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note it can take between 3-5 working days for your original payment method to be credited.
